  We waited for a bit at first. One nice guy was already working with a customer and the phones were ringing constantly and the one man asked if anyone else working with him. Funny, but totally relatable. Then a worker finally came to help. The one man finished with the customer and then assisted my brother. I did not catch the bane of this man, but as long as he around, you will be taken care of promptly with extra attention. My brother witnessed a couple workers standing in the back not doing anything while customers were in line and calling. One guy who finally came up said he was getting ready to close the register when the store was still open.

  Says they have the part in stock, I drove 30 minutes to there to get it and they can’t find it. What a waste thankfully there newest competition had it. Never again

  I Will Like To Shootout A Young Man By The Name Of David That Work A This Establishment I Was There This Past Sumday with a battery online order this kid was on a pinch being the only one able to help with batteries and installing them but did not stop him from helping and the rainy weather either he did two people and also mine battery with no hesitation or complaint about the weather.I Feel like we need more young gentleman like him that is willing to help no matter what is the situation. Advance Auto Have a Gem on That young man he deserves the best and nothing less i give him 10/10 on his attitude and willingness to help even do the situation. Great Young man i repeat

  Came to purchase new battery for and was told that they can’t install for me due to how long it will take .
