  Order a oil dip stick they didn't have it in stock had to order it. So I guess it came. I didn't get a phone call that it was in after many calls they didn't see it I came to the store to check on it again the gentleman that I dealt with named Phil seemed very irritated and not knowledgeable at all with his computer system.I asked him to can you please turn the radio playing on his phone off that he was watching so so he can hear me and I can hear him that seemed to really piss him off. When we come and shop at the store we shouldn't have to deal with employees eating Cheetos or watching videos on their phone. That is the first time I've ever seen this happen in the store.

  Went to get parts from an online order. First guy that took care of me said that he was clocking out in 5 minutes and was not going to pull my order or help me and just left. Didn't get someone else to help me or anything. There's two older gentlemen that work there. They're both very professional and polite. The only issue that I had was the person could not find the parts that I wanted. I was able to find them in stores but they were already canceled so I did not get my full discount from the online order. I contacted the helpline and they basically told me there's nothing they could do and kick rocks. The whole situation wouldn't have bothered me nearly as much if the first guy wasn't completely incompetent.
