I'd give ZERO stars at most if Google didn't force us to give at least one star to submit one's review Advance Auto Parts in Henrietta NY sold me a 5 qt container of USED oil. The container was clean,on the outside, looked new, but when I got home, drained the oil from my car and prepared to add the new oil, I opened the container to find no seal and clearly black dirty oil inside. This could only result from: 1) another customer returning the container to the store with the used oil, and the employee who processed the return didn't bother to check to see if the seal was intact or if the oil was used 2) an employee used this container of used oil to take a container of new oil and this container kept the store inventory correct 3) employee was complicit with the fraudulent customer return Had I walked back into the store with this same container of used oil, the employees would have found ME to be the suspect. Getting ripped off for more than $40 leaves a rotton taste in one's mouth. I'll not shop at this store again, and advise others to beware. If you must buy oil at this store, take the cap off and verify the seal is intact before you leave the counter with the product.
