I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this store thanks to Juan A.! Juan was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He swapped out the battery on my 2021 Mustang convertible in less than 5 minutes flat. Truly excellent customer service!!

Jose and Jon gave great service. They were a very quick help, as well as patient- taking their time to find a product in storage for me. They found exactly what I needed in lightning speed. Great workers- will definitely be a returning customer.

I recently purchased brake pads for my Mazda, thinking that I would not need the rotors. After thinking about it, and feeling the car shimmy a bit when breaking, I decided that I would change the rotors as well. Tonight John and Mike took the extra time with me to explain that pads and rotors are bundled together to provide a discount for the customer. Thus, I was able to return the previously purchased unused pads and buy the bundle together. Extra work for them, with no hassles. THIS is why I keep coming back to this store. They acted like true SERVICE professionals, putting me first, building trust in their store. They brought the stuff out to my car and showed that it can still be done the way it should be. Way to go John and Mike!
