  Was in the store looking for parts for my car Stephen was able to find all the parts for me. His knowledge of cars is awesome his customer service was excellent will always come back to work with Stephen. Best experience ever thank you for your hard work and dedication to help customers out

  Randolph here, and when I say I talked to a Guy by the name of CJ from this store wow, an amazing employee. He know his stuff and he went over and beyond. Top notch customer service.

  Ordered a battery online using the vin # for a 2020 Civic, said it was an exact match. Picked it up on the way home (was driving a different vehicle). Got home and went to install the battery, it was the wrong one, drove back and an employee found the right one (the software in the store also listed the wrong one). Then the employee could not find the manager, was outback doing who knows what. He finally shows up and makes the exchange. And the reason for the one, not once did either one apologize for the mistake or my lost hour. No one else was in the store but it still took at least 20 minutes. And worse the MANAGER tried to tell me I had to buy the anticorrosive pads otherwise I would not have a warranty on the battery. Not only is this illegal but wrong in so many ways.

  Charged double price for air filter than the oil-change shop across the street would have. Shop around 1st or just avoid this place
