  Restaurant is clean inside and food was good . However, Rude employee (the Bengali skinny guy with glasses that everyone else here is commenting about). My husband and I asked him for a veggie patty on our wrap and even showed him a picture of what our order looks like from the menu . He then proceeded to yell and make a big fuss literally about how we said we wanted veggie delite instead. He then said he doesn’t understand what the picture or words on the menu meant. We also literally pointed to the veggie patty at the store and he still did not understand. Rather than yell at customers and make a whole scene out of nothing, he could’ve simply switched to the veggie patty like we had asked. SMH bad customer service 🤦🏻‍♀️

  The food preparer is so rude. He needs to be fired. He is also very dirty, I caught him once preparing online orders without gloves. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

  Came for a pickup order and lady was on her phone with the order right in front of her. She only started making it after I walked in. Wasted more time that necessary 🤦🏿‍♂️

  The meat looked bad to start off and when I asked for extra cheese he DIDNT give me extra so I asked for more, he then folded the cheese into triangles so I got less. Idk if this is normal for subway but this has never happened to any other I went to. Then I got it toasted, payed, and left. When I began eating I noticed the cheese wasn’t melted at all. It was cold, dry, and sad. Along with that the cookie was rock hard. Worst subway Iv ever been to in my life DONT GO.
