  I've arrived around 12:40pm just to purchase chips once the lady started ringing me up I've asked for a hospital discount she responded by laughing that's embarrassing in front of other people I've asked what's so funny she didn't say anything, just cause in her eyes it wasn't that serious for a discount but for some people it really is especially in this economy, i hope the manager sees this because its not right for the employee to laugh at a customer face

  There’s this old man who always seems to have the worst attitude and acts like making a decent sandwich is a personal sacrifice. 😂 He’s incredibly stingy with the ingredients and somehow manages to put less than what you are actually supposed to get and somehow still managed to mess up my order by putting the wrong sauce on my sandwich. Last night around 8:15 PM, he told me they were closing and I couldn’t eat there — even though the location says it’s open until 9:30 PM. 😂 Apparently the hours are just a suggestion, and making a good sandwich is considered an act of charity.

  Horrible service. Do they even train these people in customer service? I don't mind that you can't speak English, but please have some manners and courtesy. Say hello to your customers when the enter the store, when another comes in greet them as well and let them know you'll be right with them as soon as you can. Also put on a hair net, gloves and mask! You are working with food and the public. Dear Subway, please retrain your employees.
