  Reading some of these negative reviews kind of make me laugh. Almost everything people were angry about are things that weren't even in the control of the employees. I've had nothing but good experiences of this store. I choose this store over any other UPS store intentionally because they've never caused problems, are incredibly fast to work through lines and polite.

  I can understand how some people had issues and fortunately that has not been the case with me. As others have commented, regardless of who assisted me returning a package...they were polite, knew what they were doing and helpful to any questions I might have had. I have seen this type of behavior everytime I have had to return or send a package. The people working there are 5 Star employees and that's hard to find at times.

  After going to Staples and having a little girl stare at me and tell me there's no way she can do what I asked I went to the UPS store in East greenbush and the girl there had me in and out in two minutes. UPS store has qualified people able to do their job. Five stars. And a huge thank you.
