  If I could give 0 stars, I would. The delivery driver knocked on my door, heard my two tiny 4-pound Maltese barking, and took off with my package. Instead of leaving it like any competent delivery person would, he just ran off. I immediately called customer service, and they assured me they would have the driver turn back and get me my package before work. That never happened. When I called back for an update, suddenly no one knew what package I was even talking about. Now I’m wasting my own time and gas to go pick it up myself. This is absolutely ridiculous. FedEx is supposed to be reliable, but instead I was lied to, ignored, and left without the package I paid to have delivered. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

  I have been tracking a package for a couple days. It says it got delivered in my town, but it did not get delivered to my address where I put I have tracking number and everything. It says that it got delivered to a different place or somebody had signed it is a very expensive watch and nobody can tell me where is where is delivered even though I have tracking number they put wrong name and wrong address on shipping label when they made it. I have tracking number but still cannot find my package.

  Use GrubHub, Doug's animal delivery service anyone bu FEDEX. They lied about delivery yesterday and today lied saying I picked up package. Contacting large store I purchased from and telling them I won't buy again if this is the only delivery the offer.
