  They’ll placate you to death. Three days of “you’ll get it by end of day” with no confirmation of having the package at all. “It wasn’t scanned but it might be on a truck” is so negligible it’s outrageous. Especially when the item is worth hundreds of dollars and I paid extra for express shipment to have it by the 28th, at this point I won’t get my package till well after the holiday. There’s a reason you scan the package. It’s to keep track of it. 👍 management is just oblivious and doesn’t actually care. I’m almost positive they stole the item.

  Return system was down but the attendant helped me print out the label and get my packages shipped! Thank you!

  Less than 1star!! Their driver Josalyn is horrible. We had a package out for delivery for 3 days and had to call FedEx 800 number several times with no resolution.
