  The employees here are extremely rude, nasty, and lazy. They have no idea how to speak to customers professionally and seem completely uninterested in actually doing their jobs. Where is the manager, and how is this behavior being allowed? The entire staff needs serious retraining in customer service, professionalism, and basic respect. Management needs to step in immediately because the current level of service is completely unacceptable.

  Rude employee that don’t aknolege anyone coming in. They ignore you and leave u there like they are not responsible for the customers

  The employees are very slow and they don’t care about customers waiting on line and they sitting in the back chatting, kiosk is not always available, no regards for elderly people on line what so ever.

  In English We went to this place and the service was terrible; the receptionist was incredibly rude and ill-mannered. She has dark hair and a nose piercing; she clearly dislikes dealing with people and belongs in the back room, not at the front desk. Not everyone knows the procedures here, and honestly, it’s better not to go at all than to have to put up with her attitude. The best thing about this place is the exit door. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 En español fuimos a este lugar una atencion pesima , la de recepcion muy malaclase , descortes , pesimo servicio , ella es pelinegra y con piercing en la nariz , no le gusta atender la gente y deberia estar en la bodega , no todas las personas saben los tramites en este lugar , realmente para aguantar el caracter de la mujer es mejor no ir , lo mejor de este lugar es la puerta de salida 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
