  Came to drop off my pre-paid, labeled package around 6 pm today. Store was packed with custmers, with the line starting outside the store. Self check out was broken, filled with garbage. Location appeared to be well staffed, with 4 employees at that time, but service was super slow. After waiting in line, I asked employee if I can just leave my labeled package on the counter to which he rudely replied " who do you think you are to cut the line ? " . I just left and definely will avoid this location in the future.

  had an excellent experience at The UPS Store in Rego Park. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly, patient, and very professional. They really take the time to help customers and make sure everything is done correctly, even when the store is busy. The service is always efficient, and I never have to wait long. Whether I’m dropping off packages, returning Amazon items, or getting help with shipping, everything is handled quickly and smoothly. The team is knowledgeable and makes the whole process stress-free. The store is also clean, organized, and well-managed. It’s clear that the staff cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. I truly appreciate how helpful and respectful everyone is here. This is my go-to UPS location, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for reliable and professional service.

  The store is very effective to process Amazon returns, for that they get 5 stars.. But they Should NOT be offering passport photos. 1. The woman took picture with a little camera already into my nose and she moved even closer. So, she doesn't know how to take passport photos. 2. The place is too dark and has no proper lighting - pictures come out with bunch of shadows on face makingbit a recipe for rejection. 3. She showed the images to me on some tiny camera screen to assess if I like the picture - a) How can I like it or not like it if I can't see it on the screen? who can see how it came out on that screen - can you see it?????? If you can't, then don't ask people if they want it or want to try again. You need to show it on a computer screen or at least a tab. 4. She printed them out and went to charge without showing how the actual printed pictures came preventing opportunity to re-do or reject it. 5. There is no touch up. 6. For this garbage they charge $16. 7. There are a lot of complaints that their photos get rejected and they don't refund. I should've read those reviews before hand. I don't recommend taking passport photos here.

  Terrible service and a complete lack of professionalism. I went to drop off 16 pre-paid Amazon packages—which weigh less than 1.5 pounds each—including an urgent Next Day Air shipment. They flat-out refused to accept them. The absurd excuse they gave me was that "it was too many boxes and the driver complains about the volume." ​The young staff working there showed zero empathy and a total lack of commitment to customer service. It is unbelievable that an official The UPS Store location rejects valid, pre-paid, lightweight shipments simply because they do not want to manage the space or do their job. If they lack the capacity or the willingness to accept packages from the public, they shouldn't be operating as a UPS store. I highly discourage anyone from using this location if you run a business or need to drop off important shipments.
