  Food is amazing & consistent but why does literally, none of the employees ever have gloves on ever whenever I am in there picking up an order I don’t mind the wait time. I just thought it was a standard to wear gloves while handling food?

  I visited this restaurant when it was newly opened and experienced long wait times even though I had ordered ahead. Almost a year later, the wait times are still significantly longer than expected. It seems that the staff is not very accurate in estimating the duration of the service.

  Never had any issues with the wait here except for one time when they first opened the store which is absolutely understandable. My food is always fresh and hot when I get it and everyone is super friendly. If you don’t like the wait then get the mobile app and set it for ASAP you are more likely to get your food at a preferred time
