  I order online for pick up. There is not usually any other customers in there when I go to pick up food. The fries are good but way too over salted. The boneless lemon pepper and garlic parm are way over salted. I gave my name to one woman who yelled to the other woman for pick up, bit its wide open and im sure she heard my name when I told the first woman 😆 then I asked her for a drink while I waited, so again she yelled to the other woman who was right there, not looking for my order, just never acknowledged that someone needed something- kept doing whatever she was doing that apparently couldn't wait, while the 1st woman doing the yelling walked away.. waited another 5 minutes before she came over with my bag, reluctantly, took my drink order. She was apparently a little tired because she wasnt moving very fast at all.

  Good food. First time checking this place out. The fries were my favorite. I will say it was a long wait for the food. A lot of people ordered ahead and can to pick up their food so in the future that is what I would do. This was a random, unplanned stop and we didn't know wait times were as long as they were.

  I really hope the owner reads this because they tried to charge me almost 3 dollars for a cup of tapwater. It is illegal to charge for a tapwater in the state of New York. She said this is what the owner makes us do.. what a shame! I understand product cost for a cup, but that’s closer to $.10 not $3.
