  Literally the worst wingstop. My brother ordered yesterday online and they said his food was ready. He got there and they told him everything is unavailable. Today I placed an order and it said it was ready to pick up. Had to wait 15 minutes when I got there, went to get my soda from the machine and it said every soda was unavailable. Like????

  The food is subpar. Not enough empoylees to work there . So the food can actually be fast. Its usually dirty , the tables windows amd drink counters. The ice tea machine smells l rotten . And always leaking .

  My experience at wing stop on Hempstead Avenue in Queens Village was amazing.The lemon pepper wings were on point fresh, hot, well seasoned, crispy and well done, the fries and corn were hot and delicious also. The customer service at this location was very excellent. I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile from Natoya who is the manager. She took her time to explain all the flavors on the menu and no matter how undecided I was when choosing the flavors she was still very sweet and patient with me. The staff at this location were very respectful, friendly and professional. I give this wing stop a five star. I will definitely go back to this wing stop. The customer service and food were exceptional.

  This was one of many positive experiences I have had with wingstop I was met bright smiles and pleasant energy from a wingstop specialist named Taylor she was upbeat and friendly also very knowledgeable of the wing sauces available as she told me that BBQ was her favorite so I went with her personal order of 10 wings all flats with some fries and a fruit punch love how quick the service was and how hot the food came out would recommend to anyone to come here especially when Taylor is working

  Probably the best Wingstop experience I’ve had in a while. Food was fresh, order was accurate, customer service was warm, and the restaurant was clean and organized. The team handled the rush really well too. If you’re debating which location to go to, this is the one.
