I placed an order thru the website, got an email stating that my order was ready for pick up. I arrived to the store only to find out that they were out of classic wings. The cashier kindly suggested for me to get boneless wings OR a refund but the refund would take 3-5 days to post to my acct. I asked if I could get my refund on a gift card so I can purchase at another location. She called her manager on the phone, he/she said no because apparently ALL nearby locations are out of stock.
As I was walking out of the store, I called the queens blvd location and they DID have the wings.

This was my first time ordering from Wingstop, and unfortunately, it will be my last. When I arrived to pick up the food, the staff was incredibly rude and demanded to see the app and a confirmation email, despite being told the order was already ready. It made for a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it."

Good morning.
I visit this wingstop every 2 weeks. I get my hair done and then go to get my fave lemon pepper wings. The environment is friendly. I downloaded the app and did not know how to work it . The young man at the counter took the time to explain to me how to use it . This place is clean all friendly people. When I walk in my fave people always know what I want before I even open my mouth . I have even sent my friends there . Go enjoy my wings lol .
An excellent experience from the moment I arrived, the service was fast and very friendly. I want to give a special shout out to the cashier David, who provided exceptional service he was attentive, respectful, and made sure everything with my order was perfect. The food was delicious, well prepared, and served on time. Without a doubt, this is a place I will return to and recommend for its quality and excellent customer service.✨✨
