  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Outstanding Customer Service! What an amazing experience at this UPS Store! I have to give a special shoutout to Kurt, the manager, Xavier, and Avani. These three truly know what customer service is all about! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and made to feel welcome. Kurt was multitasking, handling different responsibilities, but still made sure I was being taken care of and checked that my email had been sent successfully. That’s what I call great management! What impressed me the most was how smoothly the team worked together. It was almost like watching a perfectly choreographed performance. While Kurt was busy, Xavier stepped right in without missing a beat. He helped locate my email and made sure I had the best-fitting bag for my merchandise. No confusion, no waiting around, just excellent teamwork! And let’s not forget Avani! Even while organizing inventory in the back, she greeted me with a beautiful smile and positive energy. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. Coming from another location, I could immediately feel the difference. The customer service, the teamwork, the great music, and the overall atmosphere were outstanding. Especially early in the morning, when most people are still waking up, this team was already operating at its best! This is the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back. I highly recommend this location and, most importantly, these three incredible employees. They’re professional, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely care about their customers.
