  I went in here & the first thing this lady does is ignore me. She saw me too & kept talking to her coworkers. I had to speak to her first which made me not feel welcomed. Then she spoke to me really fast when telling me the toaster was broken & only cold sandwiches were available. I told her to just cancel my order she told me she couldn’t & that I needed to use the app for that. I tried & it didn’t have an option, then I searched on Google it told me to call the store & the lady told me to call the store as well. I left the store to call the store & she picked up. She yet again told me I had to cancel the app but there was no option to do that. How is she working there when she doesn’t even understand the app they use? Then she told me to come after I yet again told her I couldn’t cancel it. She tells me to pick out any sandwich that I want but I had mentioned multiple times that I want my refund back. Then the manager says take a seat & I’ll do my best to give u a refund. The guy figured it out in less than 2 minutes, which makes me wonder if they are really that incompetent or are they faking bc they didn’t want to lose out on the money I paid for. They were trying to scam me.

  Do not eat here. Had a terrible experience. Waited on line for 25 min to then find out the toaster oven wasn’t working… maybe put a sign up and let customers know… I was extremely hungry so decided to get a cold sandwich w/e. But then noticed the woman who was ringing up the orders. Did not take off her gloves and switch them to new ones. To continue to put on toppings on the next sandwiches after handling money. I politely asked her if she can switch in to new gloves. She looked at me like I had 3 heads. Very rude and unsanitary establishment.

  I went to flushing’s store at 8:25pm ish and the employee told me is closed, while the closing time supposed to be at 9:00pm.

  location on google says they close at 9 pm and lady starts screaming at everyone to get up and leave and not eat we were with a infant and a other child and they basically wanted to kick us out forcefully with still having clients. very unprofessional and rude worker

  There is a pile of garbage that never disappears. The guy who works there keeps watching tv instead of cleaning some tables and take care of the pile of garbage. Also, 3 slices of turkey on a 11$ sandwich. Not worth it at all
