I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received today. The staff member prepared my drink in a cup without asking for my preference first. At no point was I given the option to choose between a cup or a bottle.
When I requested to change it to a bottled drink, I was simply told that it was “impossible,” without any attempt to offer a solution or accommodate the mistake. This is unacceptable customer service.
The employee made assumptions instead of confirming my order properly, and the dismissive attitude afterward made the experience even worse. Customers should not have to deal with this kind of careless and unprofessional behavior.
I expect better service and better staff training to ensure this does not happen again.
