I received my order and there was a full 12” sub missing. I told the delivery driver and she verified it. When I called the store and explained what happened, the woman immediately (and rudely) said the delivery person stole it. I explained to her this happened about 2 1/2 months ago as well from this same shop.
I received a call back from a man at the store who said his receipt showed only one 12”. Again, acted as tho I was in the wrong. I sent my phone screen shots proving my order. He said I will have to take it up with GrubHub.
I will never order from them again. Very poor customer service and attitudes. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have.
