  I love the BMT sandwich with my favorite toppings. This is my go to deli sandwich. Love it. Also I dined in at this restaurant and one reason for this was due to the extreme cleanliness. Due me dining in I used the restroom to wash my hands, and found the restroom to be clean and fully stocked with hand soap and paper towels. The staff was friendly and made my sandwich with care. Delicious.

  I gave four stars because I do like my veggie subs but the Poughkeepsie main st NY 12601 branch does not acknowledge any of the coupons on the app so I order from there less than other locations Update as of 8/11/26. Yoooo the lady with the glasses and tattoos is a trip! She is rude! I order online and go in to pick up my order and when I go in to pick it up she says "are you sure that you want it this time" I ask why she would say that and she goes on to say that because every time you order you get mad because we don't accept coupons and then you don't take the food. lol. I was shocked because for one who says that to a customer, and it's a lie because I always order on the app which requires me to pay first, but yes, there was one time that I went in to pick up my order and I asked why they didn't accept my coupons. She was rude back then when giving the reason. I always order on the app from this Poughkeepsie location and from other Subway locations like Redhook and Kingston but Redhook and Kingston always accept my coupons. But it's not only that, the lady is clearly rude and speaks very condescending to customers. She doesn't even smile which makes the whole food experience even more unpleasant. Later in the day a different crew works and they are much more friendly and welcoming.
