  Michael and Luis went above and beyond when I stopped in with a question, they answered my concern and helped me fix an unrelated issue. Good customer service is so hard to find. Kudos to both and will now frequent this store over their competitors.

  Huuuuge shoutout to Latraveus and Shane. Check engine light came on while running errands, they checked it, identified the problem, and installed the battery on the spot. Saved me a great deal of time and money compared to a mechanic visit, really cannot thank them enough. They both need a raise, because customer service like that is hard to find today. Will definitely be back if I need auto parts in the future!

  Eric, the manager at this location is 5-stars. I needed a new car battery installed and he made the entire experience completely seamless. Eric is incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. He didn't make me feel bad or weird for asking for assistance at all. He just jumped right in, got the new battery installed quickly, and was a total professional the whole time. It is rare to find this level of genuine customer service these days. This neighborhood is lucky to have Eric running the shop! I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future auto needs.
