  Went in today around 11:45 and was greeted by the employee Nat I believe. When I walked in, she was in the back, and scoffed when I walked in, no smile, no hi how are you, nothing. When I was ordering my food, I was also going off of a list that my girlfriend had provided me for her order, and was trying to find the options she was asking, where she seemingly showed no patience. She didn’t try and upsell anything, didn’t offer avocado, absolutely nothing. When she was making my food, she asked me what on the cold side, and when I told her, she snarkily and very rudely said “dressing?!” Which caught me completely off guard. When I was doing my girlfriends order I told her the dressings, and when we got to the end, I asked if I could add avocado, which I apologized for, and she told me “why didn’t you tell me that first” which I replied that she never offered it at all and all she said was “dressings”. I told her if it was such an inconvenience, then I’ll just do a side of it and put it on myself. During all of that, a customer came in through the back door I would presume, and when the chime rang, she scoffed and rolled her eyes. I paid, did not leave a tip. My girlfriend also found a hair in her food while eating it. I have never had a problem with this subway in the past, but I can promise that if I see her in that store next time I go to that location, if ever, I will turn around and drive to the Olean location, because at least there I don’t feel like an inconvenience for paying for what I ordered

  Hey? Subway owner or franchise owner of this location? Your Subway wouldn't be worth a shhh without the one employee that made my sub today. The wonderful employee named Journey is the only reason you got a sub-par review. If you don't listen to the customers, atleast listen to your staff. They are the ones putting money in your pocket and making sure your location isn't shut down. LOTS oh O.S.H.A. violations at this location. I came here to get lunch. I only found a half A$'D Subway. Only 1 restroom. Being a male, I had to use the females bathroom. But wait, there's more....There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. Only to find Subway napkins for someone to wipe their A$ and dry their hands. I could probably say more, but no need. "Make Subway Better Again".

  The restaurant is clean and sanitary. The employees are very respectful, patient, understanding, and efficient. I always have great service when I am there, and they really listen to every little detail of how you want your food, without getting irritated when choose to go back and change something - That's really appreciated.
