Went in today around 11:45 and was greeted by the employee Nat I believe. When I walked in, she was in the back, and scoffed when I walked in, no smile, no hi how are you, nothing. When I was ordering my food, I was also going off of a list that my girlfriend had provided me for her order, and was trying to find the options she was asking, where she seemingly showed no patience. She didn’t try and upsell anything, didn’t offer avocado, absolutely nothing. When she was making my food, she asked me what on the cold side, and when I told her, she snarkily and very rudely said “dressing?!” Which caught me completely off guard. When I was doing my girlfriends order I told her the dressings, and when we got to the end, I asked if I could add avocado, which I apologized for, and she told me “why didn’t you tell me that first” which I replied that she never offered it at all and all she said was “dressings”. I told her if it was such an inconvenience, then I’ll just do a side of it and put it on myself. During all of that, a customer came in through the back door I would presume, and when the chime rang, she scoffed and rolled her eyes. I paid, did not leave a tip. My girlfriend also found a hair in her food while eating it. I have never had a problem with this subway in the past, but I can promise that if I see her in that store next time I go to that location, if ever, I will turn around and drive to the Olean location, because at least there I don’t feel like an inconvenience for paying for what I ordered
