  I usually come here in the morning and get the happy staff apparently. This afternoon there is a miserable human being in there working. The line is out the door (never seen it like this) and clearly no one is happy to be at work. I have a box that is bigger than me and a 4 year old daughter who is “helping” me. The morning staff always will just tape the box closed for me - this man proceeded to tell me “it’s 2$ to tape it” which would be fine if that was the consistent policy. I told him I have tape in my car and he made me walk out with my child and a huge box I could barely carry to tape the box. Not carrying this back in there to wait on that disastrous line. Horrible experience. Go to Manhasset.

  I use this place all the time. Not sure who the young man is working there on 4/20 at 4:45PM but I suggest someone gives him some additional training on customer service.

  Very poor customer service. Will never return there even though I live 2 minutes away I go to manhasset. The issue was I wanted to bring a package back that was delivered to the wrong address and the woman would not help me in any way not even a phone number for ups

  As stated by other reviewers, the attendants at this UPS store steal Amazon returns. You come in with your Amazon return code, they scan it, give you a receipt, but never put a return label on the package and never hand it over to UPS for pick-up. I had 3 separate packages for return to Amazon. The attendant put return labels on the first two, but did not on the third. I thought that was odd and asked “Are we done here?” He replied “yes” and handed me a receipt with 3 tracking numbers. I assumed he was going to label the last package after I left. Days passed and two of the three packages were picked up and sent to Amazon, but the third was not. I called UPS and they said that a tracking number was issued but the store never handed the package over to UPS. I then called the store and informed them of this. The person who picked up the phone was incredibly rude and defensive. He kept insisting that my package was handed over (though he never even asked for the tracking number!) and told me to call UPS (which I had already done and told him so numerous times). When I threatened to go to the police, he changed his tune a bit and said he will have the store manager call me. He never took my phone number or any information related to my package and I never did get that call. All and all, though the employees there seem friendly and polite, they steal Amazon returns. If you are going to drop off Amazon returns at this UPS store, insist on a receipt and stand by to see if the attendant places a return label on your package. Also, maybe mention that you have read that packages dropped off here never get to UPS so you will see if this one does - perhaps that will put a bit of fear into these dishonest employees. I hope the owner of this particular store is alerted to this issue. I have yet to find who that is.
