  I know I’m about 2 weeks late writing this review, but I had to make sure I did. Steven at the Wingstop in Port Chester, NY was absolutely amazing. His attitude was so uplifting and positive, and you could genuinely tell he cared about his job and about the customers coming in. I’ll be honest — sometimes the food could be a little fresher at times, but I know when I come in and Steven is there, it’s always fresh and made right. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and Steven truly stands out. He was welcoming, patient, and made the whole experience better just by the way he treated me. Wingstop is lucky to have someone like him representing their business!

  Terrible customer service, food was prepared poorly and gave my entire family food poisoning somehow, only thing good was the restaurant itself which was very clean

  Food caused food poisoning, entire day of throwing up. Had a friend get sick from here a year ago and ended up in the hospital stay away!

  Wings were just ok and not crispy at all, Port Chester NY store never has any wet napkins like all other locations, this store can do a lot better with order timing and customer service, cause other Wingstop locations do!
