Sent me items I did not order - reported fraud with my bank. Am unable to speak with someone at Cricket to resolve this matter.

I can't say enough about my experience with Rudy at Cricket. I am capable of doing things myself, but Rudy took the time and had the patience to completely set up my new phone. He was a pleasure to sit and chat with while I waited and is a complete gentleman. He went above and beyond to take care of me! Thank you Rudy again 🙏😊
