  I am a Canadian who shops in the US and regularly ships to this UPS store. The staff is always courteous and efficient. I have never lost a package; all my packages are remitted to me in excellent condition. I visit at least once a month, so I have had the opportunity to interact with several staff members. I read some of the negative reviews and I really must say I never experienced anything of the sort! Kudos to your lovely staff and rest assured I will remain a loyal customer!

  I went here to ship a vehicle title. Owner of this place recommended UPS 2 day for $75. She explained usps delivery is not guaranteed in 2 days. I paid the $75 for the 2 day UPS. I didn’t make it. I went back for a refund after losing the vehicle sale because of this. She said she would file a claim, I should get email later in the day. It’s been several days now…..nothing!! Read the reviews, she always pleading for people to spend money locally, but doesn’t care after getting your money!!! Look elsewhere she doesn’t care or advocate for you after the sale!!!
