  She is amazing, the reason we stay with Cricket and upgrade our phones with them. Went in today for an issue with my phone, after googling everything to fix the issue, I said to my wife we need to go see the expert. In less than 3 minutes while on hold dealing with call center, she had my phone issue resolved.

  I went there to get a New Phone. David was the Person that Helped me. He was Terrific. He Explained every step of what he was doing to transfer all of my info. He asked me if there was a Certain Price Point i had, which i thought was Awesome. Leeann, Also assisted David when he had a Question. Best Service Ever. I want to add. I went in yesterday there was an issue with my Contacts and my husbands being linked. Leeanne Resolved that as well. They are the Best.5 Stars is not enough
