  I’ve been with my Allstate agent, Christina, for over three years, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. Christina always takes the time to explain coverage clearly and makes sure I’m properly protected, which makes dealing with insurance easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find an agent you can fully trust, and Christina consistently goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for someone dependable, professional, and kind, she and her agency are an excellent choice.

  Christina Pavlov was an angel. I got into a weird situation where I could not reach my insurance agent for several days and every time I called Allstate it routed me back to the number that wasn’t working. I randomly googled an Allstate agent in my area and was beyond lucky to find Christina answering the other end of that call. I wasn’t even her client and didn’t even have my policy number, but she patiently helped me change my policy and never made me feel like I was a burden. She answered her phone right away, responded to the email I sent her straight away, and resolved my issue on the same call. If you need an insurance agent in Rochester I highly recommend Christina and am so grateful for her help this week. She lightened my load and her customer service was top notch - which can be a rare thing these days! Thank you sincerely, Christina!!!
