  I went on the website I asked for 10 lemon pepper well done. I got to the store three minutes later and the wings was already cooked. I pacifically asked them when they handed me the bag. If they were well done they were not well done they don’t even look like they was cooked. The french fries was cold as much as this food cost. You should not be given anybody cold food and I requested online that would be well done and it wasn’t the staff looks like they’re teenagers and like having a little get together or whatever totally unprofessional and I’m mad that I wasted my money should’ve went to Pelham when I could’ve got my food cooked the right way

  There’s no reason why I had to wait an hour to get chicken wings. Please tell you staff to stop dancing in the kitchen and blasting the music so loud very unprofessional group of staff members. Also why are u closing orders at 10 pm and the store closes at midnight??

  Why you mark them ready when they are not. 5 orders marked ready and none really ready to pick up. Guy is bagging all these orders and ignoring the line.
