  I hate to do this but I ordered my sandwich online and expected it to be delivered to me on time and to have tracking with it! I got a text saying someone already had picked it up and when I called the store to find out who picked it up and if there was anything to help out to locate it he just told me to call back tomorrow and told me basically tuff luck. I don’t understand how someone can just pick it up without confirming or saying who it was for if they were just gonna hand it out. No happy at all and hope I get my money back!

  I ordered $9 worth of food & when I asked for a cup of ice I was told I had to pay $1.90 for the cup as if I was buying a fountain drink, I was even willing to pay for the cup but $1.90 for a cup of ice is ridiculous and I will NOT be back to visit that Subway anymore and I will also advise my colleagues the same!
