Would give zero stars if I could. A terrible experience at this location. I had an Amazon return that the instructions said to place and secure return in a box. The item came in a bag that was destroyed in transit, so I repurposed a very sturdy shoebox for the return. The individual, Diego, said I could not return it, that it has to be in a plain brown box or poly mailer, and it was 10 for a box or 6 for a bag. I asked where on the instructions it said that, and he said the second bullet. I left the store and reviewed the app and full instructions and no where did it say it had to be in a plain brown box or poly mailer. I went back in and asked about this, only for him to say it was in a shoebox and they won’t accept it - the instructions only say “box” and the individual and another associate kept saying a shipping box. As I was leaving, I turned around to ask a question only to see the individual making an incredible inappropriate face, mocking the interaction, to the other associate, and when confronted, lying and saying they weren’t. An incredibly poor, inappropriate interaction and customer service. Only to call Amazon directly afterward and be told I could package it however was easiest, use whatever box or bag I had on hand, new or recycled, and they should have accepted it. I will never give this store business again in any way - Amazon return or personal shipping.
