I went up to the drive-thru today June 8, 2026. I ordered my sandwich with no issues. As I drove to the window, my Wi-Fi was messing with my phone and would not allow me to unlock my bank card so I could pay for my sandwich. I was upset and feeling a little frazzled but the person making my sandwich fixed my Wi-Fi for me. I felt so stupid and she was so nice. Very sweet of them to help me.

Ordered on line as normal and gave tip as usual to arrive there and find out our order is not started and still on the printer. Common occurrence here and have decided no more tips for garbage service. These people don't care, just there to get a check and play on their phones

There was some weird thing, I could not tell you what it is in my sub. Plus it was wrong, I ordered ham and salami, but got a crap ton of pepperoni with 2 slices of salami. It’s wrong, greasy and gross.
I don't know what has been going on at this franchise, but this place went from having great sandwiches, to having to search for your meat with a microscope, within a few weeks. Not just that, we even had to go on a search for any lettuce that We ordered. The sandwiches are by no means cheap, and I like to get what I pay for. Not supporting greed. Keep being skimpy like that, and you will be closing your doors soon.

The drive through sells this subway for me. Staff there is always friendly And accommodating (whatever your order is) the food is same as any other subway
