  So rude. a Lady comes in to work goes behind the counter and interrupted me and my returns stating I should have it all lined up because there is a line behind me. Didn’t care that an old guy who couldn’t hear was there longer then I was while I get all my photos for all the codes they had to scan get real. You don’t know what someone is going through that day not that hard to be kind

  Friendly, fast, efficient service! My transaction was completed quickly and was less expensive than I expected. I shipped a ten pound package by ground and was told it would be delivered from NY to GA in 3 days. My package was delivered, as instructed, and in good shape. Excellent experience at the UPS Store in Orchard Park.
