  This was the worst experience that I ever had. I go to this place and I talked to a lady behind the counter and she's give me a price quote on a Samsung phone so I said okay I'll be back tomorrow I'll talk to the wife. I come on back and the lady that's there with the dreadlocks tells me that never happened. That phone is more money now. Instead she told me to buy a Moto g-2026. I really didn't want this phone however she said that was in my price range. I pay for everything including the activation fee and I get home to go and charge the phone and it has a fast charging cord. So I plug it into my charging block that I already have that I use for my other phone. I look at it this morning and it's still on 22%, it will work on a regular charger. Why would you give out a fast charging cord with your device and it doesn't even work?

  I went in today and spoke with Kate, she was very helpful, and was one of the best sales reps I’ve ever had at that Cricket. I highly recommend going in and asking for her when she is working.

  The girl with the dreads is so rude and nasty. She treats customers terribly and I never have a good experience when she is working
