  I just got the worst sub I ever got there. I ordered a turkey sub, mayo, lettuce, American cheese and they had a promo going on that of if I upgrade my order I would get a souvenir cup of Moana. When I cold my sub it was very warm almost hot. They mayo was very running like water. It was very gross to eat. Cold subs are not supposed to be that warm. I was extremely disappointed. When I upgraded to the souvenir cup, I thought it would come in the bag like McDonalds does, but instead of my regular subway cup, I just received the Moana cup and I had to my soda in it which they had no tops that would fit that. I was disappointed in this too.

  Came for lunch me and my friend ordered completely seperate were both charged 17.76 we both had gotten footlongs, chips and a drink never have I paid this much so I went onto the app and checked we both paid more than we should have. No we didn’t get Moana cups so there shouldn’t have been an upcharge for that. Neither of us were offered our receipts. After this time I will not be returning I would rather spend my money to support my small hometown sub spot than keep coming here.
