  I tried ordering 2 sweet onion teriyaki meal deals, 1 being a footlong and one being a half sub. What i ended up getting was 1 teriyaki footlong sub and one half veggie sub with 4 cookies, 2 chips, and 2 drinks. I wasnt told they were making my half sub a veggie just cause I didnt want meat on it, so when I picked out my sides and drinks I thought it was part of the meal deal but it wasnt and I wasnt told. I also got the wrong cookies, I asked for 2 raspberry cheesecake and 2 white macadamia nut, theyre my favorite, instead I got 2 white macadamia nut and 2 oatmeal raisin. When I called and said how I got the wrong cookies and wasnt told about the change in my order until I was rung up the employee just told me I mustve said it wrong and if I want I can come in and buy new cookies. No apology, just saying I mustve said what I wanted wrong. She did explain why it was a veggie sub since I got no meat on it but I wasnt told that until all the food was ordered and I got a bunch of extra things for extra money thinking it was part of a deal when it wasnt and they didnt say anything about it when I asked for 2 meal deals in the beginning. I feel bad cause they were pretty busy and theyre probly trying but come on I didnt even get an apology and the way she said "you mustve said it wrong" just came off as so rude. At least have manners, I know their job is hard but an apology isnt

  Great food and good service ... would recommend you stopping in there ... Plus Tim Horton is next door too which is an added bonus
