They were a little busy but no problem. I later found out the letter I received from FedEx for $68.71 was indeed real and not a scam. The disappointing part was I purchased two water bottles overseas, unbeknownst to me Austria to be exact the water bottle company named Spottle stated any purchase over $99 there would be free shipping. However, those same two water bottles I paid over $131 for ended up costing me an additional $68.71. Thanks to tariffs, etc. unbelievable. Be careful if you order something overseas because they will push the increase in tariff taxes right back on the consumer. I’m not sure if this tariff situation is helping the US consumer or hurting us. 😡🤯
