Didnt get my cheese or my double meats also the manager needs to take a customer service course or learn his system because questioning a customer on their system that he should have learned is disrespectful. Just go with your order number and pray they got it right.....

No way of contacting the store (their phone is disconnected) if I accidentally sent the sandwich to the wrong Subway. Subway get your app figured out this is unacceptable customer service! And other locations doing give a ____ if you did this. They are of no help no empathy no remorse.

One of the worst places to eat one of the worst places to get a meal and the overnight Spanish guy that works doesn’t know how to effectively communicate and starts confrontations with people, especially Courier, who are representing customers and their own right and getting their food and threatens to have Courier’s removed of platforms when they correct him on procedure. I won’t be patronizing the store anymore as everyone has the right to work as well as correcting when need be.
