    Customer service really sucks . It seems like someone has really forced them to work here and the customers are the inconvenience. Impolite and impatient. Worst experience ever.

    Worst customer service experience. The employee named BiBi was extremely rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice at customers, rolled her eyes when I asked for dressing on the side, and refused in a dismissive way. When I requested both pickles and onions on my sandwich, she yelled that it had to be one or the other with no exceptions, then continued mumbling angrily for several minutes. The situation was so uncomfortable that we almost left. The only reason we stayed was because another employee was kind, patient, and clearly trying to make up for the situation, even though he seemed frustrated as well. It’s disappointing to see this kind of behavior toward customers. Keeping someone like this on staff creates a very negative and toxic environment.

    My God, the customer service here is terrible! I wouldn't recommend eating here at all. They serve you whatever portions they want, and if you ask for more sauce, for example, they get annoyed and throw your food away. What a disappointment! They really need to train their staff in customer service.

    Horrible costumer service, the guy doesn't care what you want, took his time to approach me (I was the only one there. Well, except some guy looks like a homeless seating there). Didn't ask anything, very bord like made my sandwich waiting for me to say what I want (all). No help, no offers, just blank stare. The meatballs were terrible.
