  I would give this place a zero (balltown rd). The young man who works there is awesome. When he is not there the girls are very rude and will ignore you. I went yesterday evening and ghe girl did not acknowledge me as I stood in front of her for a few minutes. She finally lifted her head, looked dead in my eyes and put her head back down. I just walked out. A couple of weeks ago I asked for cucumbers. There was a pan of fresh cucumbers but somehow she managed to put bad ones on the sandwich. I told her to left up the lettuce. Then I said, why would you put bad cucumbers on the sandwich. I walked out that time as well. When I went to the one on Union street months ago they looked very annoyed and unhappy. Guess we're done with Subway....thank those girls you got working over there.

  i keep ordering my sub asked for extra veggies that never get put. half of the sauces I want never get put on it. i request for it to be toasted because I like my sub hot and its always not toasted. I went as far to call in and requested my sandwich to be double toasted. picked it up came home and not even toasted at all. wont be ordering from this location anymore

  This location easily has the best staff. The store is well kept and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

  The blonde girl who made my sandwich on 2/27/2026 at 6:52 pm.Was very rude and didn't know how to make a sandwich the way you asked, she was rushy, she barely put lettuce on and when I asked for more lettuce I get a sprinkle more !!! She looked at me like I was from mars.I said good thing I have lettuce home!! Look at photos . The girl who checked me out was very nice. I will not be returning to this store again way to go to the girl that hates her job clearly.
