    Workers are great, friendly and helpful.. however do not tip them through the subway app..they don't get it. Itll go to the owners(or someone)who didn't do any work to put your sandwich together. If you wish to tip your sandwich maker throw a buck or two in the tip jar on the counter.

    I have had the privilege of meeting the new owners of the Subway Store in the Tops Plaza in Niagara Falls. First let me say that as a long standing customer of Subway and a person who has had a vested interest in Subway for the past 30 years, both as a consumer and a cohort with several stores in Syracuse, NY, Jackie & Allie are a true representation of the Subway brand and to Subway's commitment to excellence. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed and are treated with the greatest respect, which is a total reversal of the atmosphere that existed with the previous owner. I know that over the past 4 years they have bought several franchises. I have frequented two of them and they have restored the image of Subway within the community of Niagara Falls, which had been seriously lacking when I arrived here 10 years ago.     Almost every time I order from this restaurant through DoorDash, they are out of something. They never contact the customer, which they should be able to do because it's not the dashers job. And they should also update their system so they don't have items that are not available. I have a restaurant and I use DoorDash there, so I know this is very easy to do. I'm not sure why the service is always so bad and so rude.

    July 10 – Paid $40.54 for Subway delivery (Order #‌8111F8BD-CF). Never received it. Corporate ignored all follow‑ups. Still waiting for a refund.
