  Ordered two subway sandwiches at 7:15pm at subway in consumer location in the plaza Niagara falls NY, on the app it said pick up for 7:40pm tonight sunday may 3rd went to the location at 7:35pm the lights are off, i knocked on the door because the door was locked the young guy yelled from inside we are closed i held my phone up and asked him to come look from the window at my time of order& pick up, he said im sorry there's nothing i can do, i reply you can give me my money back if you will not be making my food still outside door locked through the entire process, i hope subway head quarters can get in touch with me about this situation at hand because you have my funds however i have no food that i paid for in full, if it says you close at 8:30pm why am i not able to get inside your establishment.

  They have reopened with new ownership and the owner works in restaurant and they were super friendly and amazing customer service and they were helpful and just went above and beyond and I will be returning to this location from now and beyond
