  I had the most wonderful experience at the Michael Kors Outlet in Niagara Falls, NY. From the moment I walked in and right to the end, their customer service was on another level. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed. Sheila and Nicole checked stock, showed me new arrivals, and provided guidance on how to style different options together. Yanni made sure everything at checkout was seamless and made me feel truly valued as a customer. You can tell that this team genuinely loves what they do. All three of them were friendly, attentive, professional, and made shopping fun - not rushed or pushy at all and on top of that, they resolved a difficult issue seamlessly and put in all their time and effort to ensure it was handled well. It's rare to get service excellence like this at an outlet, or at any store really these days. Working in retail takes a lot of strength, perservance and patience and I am so impressed with how everything was handled by them. Thank you Yanni, Nicole, and Sheila for making my trip from Canada so worth it! It was an absolute pleasure meeting all of you! I will absolutely be back and recommending this store to everyone. This team deserves all the recognition 🙏 💕
