  There are eight people working the night shift, and it’s already 11:30 PM, yet everything is moving extremely slowly. With that many staff members on duty, I expected the process to be much more organized and efficient. What makes it even more frustrating is that the app says the order will be ready in 10–15 minutes, which is simply not accurate. The actual wait is far longer, and there is very little communication about the delay. People are becoming increasingly impatient. Better coordination, a greater sense of urgency, and more honest wait-time estimates would make a significant difference.

  Place is effecient and my order has come out right every time. I love ordering on the app and honestly ordering at night is better. Ranch is amazing and wings are always well cooked. Staff is helpful and quick. Basketball is on TV too and its great to wait for the food and watch a few minutes of the NBA. Wingstop is great!

  My order got messed up on behalf of a third party but the kind lady on duty really helped us out. Food is great . First time trying this place out. I would not have been a repeat customer if not for kind manager lady. Thank you.
