  Absolute worst shipping facility I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was advised I was getting a package on Saturday. Then they lied and said that they couldn’t read my address so it couldn’t be delivered. I’ve gotten deliveries from them and UPS all the time then I get a notice oh, it’s getting delivered on Sunday. Guess what? Can’t be delivered person unable to accept. Who was it a robot cause I was home all day then they say oh it’s gonna be delivered today Monday. Guess what there’s a problem. The address is wrong. Never experienced this in other areas in Fishkill, New York. The delivery is abominable. I just called to get my packages never sent from them again, disgusting, disgraceful, and

  I paid 12 dollars for my package to be held and delivered 1 day later, and yet they still delivered it on the original date, AND it was delivered to A RANDOM HOUSE that is not on my street, nor even in my neighborhood. How do you not even read the label or check the city you’re driving in before you drop off a package? There is not a single house in the area like the one in the photo. So now the package will likely be stolen or washed away in the insane weather we’re having. Absolutely incompetent. DO NOT trust anything coming from this dispatch center.

  Fed ex picked up a damaged return without being able to scan the return shipment, the driver assuring me he is the manager and will do it manually. The package disappeared, there is no way to track it in the local base warehouse, no lost and found. Beware.

  I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered between 10:40 AM and 12:40 PM this morning, and it required an adult signature. So I had no choice but to take the day off of work and stay at home to wait for the package. 10:40 arrived, and then the time window estimate changed to 12:50-2:50PM. Which means I wasted half of a day when I could have been at work. So since I was already home, I decided to wait another 2 hours. 12:50PM came by, and then the delivery window changed to 3:50-5:50PM. And so on and so forth. It is now 7:00PM, and the package still has not arrived. Thanks Fedex for wasting my entire day, wasting my time, and causing me to lose money.
