  A few weeks ago, I came here and ordered the Original Hot Wings, but I was given tenders instead. Today I came back, and unfortunately the customer service was not good. I was not greeted when I arrived, and no one even said “hello” or made me feel welcome. I hope customer service can improve in the future.

  Love the garlic and lemon pepper wings. Especially with the deal they have at times $1 a wing...love!

  First off I would like to start off with it’s definitely safe to say I will NEVER go back there again!!!!!!!.. upon arrival no greet hi welcome nothing! The young lady just by passes me twice then continues walk pass me and picks up a garbage bag goes outside to throw it out.. but yet looks inside through the window taking her sweet time.. then after a million years that it took this lady to come back in goes behind the counter again no greet, hi ,welcome how are you doing ??nothing! Grabs a black plastic bag to put in the garbage bin. Then goes to the back. Comes back with no intention to attend to me. Probably didn’t even wash her hands cause it was quick when she went to the back the. Came back out. so I had to ask hi do I place my order with you? Just looks at me with a straight miserable face and says yes. Mind you this is my first and now last time going there. So I ask for my order and after I ask rough day today just small talk maybe can uplift her day with a smile or laugher in some sort. Boy was I wrong just looks at me again with that straight miserable face and says yes do I look mad ummm obviously ma’am you do.. anyways finally get my order which I ordered chicken parm and buffalo ranch loaded fried which was not loaded at all!!! So I seen the manager and asked him may I have more sauce please theirs barley nothing on it. He was the only kind one in there and gave me more even a fork which I would not giving as well.. boy if I hate my job cause I work at a fast food chain was a person definitely was that young lady. Smh

  The woman with the red braids was so nice and sweet. She’s the reason i love wingstop.
