  I ordered 24 pcs of wings for pickup. I came home to find it to be boneless and drenched with oil. I called back to complain and the worker didn't offer a solution. Corporate needs to take over this franchisee's location immediately.

  Don't order from delivery here. Every time I've ordered items were missing, like my fries, the first time i ordered and were supposed to come with the combo and the second time, my drinks didn't make it. Also, the second time ordered, I ordered for two separate orders for two different people, but they still threw all our wings in the same container higgly piggly even though they were different sauces. So we had to sort them out and both of our fries were thrown in the bag in open baskets leaving the bag a mess of fries. Not to mention the food was luke warm and sub par. Guess I shouldn't expect much from a fast food joint, but when McDonald's is doing better, something's a miss with your business.

  A few weeks ago, I came here and ordered the Original Hot Wings, but I was given tenders instead. Today I came back, and unfortunately the customer service was not good. I was not greeted when I arrived, and no one even said “hello” or made me feel welcome. I hope customer service can improve in the future.
