  This place is incredibly too slow. Order in person taking almost 30 minutes is beyond unacceptable. Literally never seen this level of slow service at a fast food place. Wow. Please get better. You have plenty of competition and not giving anyone a reasons to return.

  I had to wait more then 15 minutes for my order. Customer service is trash and it’s just unprofessional.

  I gave 1 star only because I couldn’t give 0. No ordering kiosk available. The menus were poorly explained and impossible to understand. Impossible to order simple fries. The waitress was rude. The wait was very long even though the restaurant was empty. Terrible and completely unprofessional service. A disastrous experience.

  The wings were cold and soggy just like the fries. No lemon pepper flavor or well seasoned fries.... it was a waste of money . Disgusting
