    Terrible experience. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the music was so loud that we could barely hear anything while placing our order. Once we started eating, the entire staff kept laughing in a very strange way, which made us feel like there might be something wrong with the food. We felt uncomfortable the whole time and definitely didn’t feel welcome. This was by far the worst fast-food experience we’ve had in all of NYC, and we’ve visited quite a few places during our stay. The food wasn’t good either—greasy, bland, and well below average in terms of taste. I would not recommend this place.

    Dom the guy at the cashier was the best. Best service I’ve ever gotten at Wingstop. By far my favorite location. Good eats too. Food was mad hot, crispy and everything a wing should be.

    They struggle to get orders right when it’s for delivery. For some reason there’s always 1 missing item (usually the fries which is odd because doesn’t everyone order those).

    Guy actively walked away from the register when I told him I wanted to place my order quick told me he doesn’t work to register and then told me to leave this interaction happened within 30 seconds of me walking into the restaurant. I said Broski I’m parked right in front. Let me place this order real quick And that was his response. I didn’t have an attitude I didn’t walk in disrespectfully. I just shook my head said OK and walked out. The time is around 3 o’clock when this happened I’m a large black male with a big beard and I had two braids in my hair. I was wearing a gray hoodie with black and orange boots black pants. I was about to spend like 60 bucks for lunch for me and my friends but that’s not happening now if you’re in a fast food job, be ready to work and take peoples orders at all times if not, don’t show up to work also I don’t hide behind Google reviews. My face is in it if anybody wants to reach out to me they’re more than welcome to. This happened Monday, March 2 around 3 o’clock in the afternoon.
