I placed an order in store and they completely messed up my order. It seems like they gave me someone else’s order inside my bag although the receipt on the bag was mine. Additionally the service was slow and I saw orders placed after me get their orders first.

I placed an order for pick up through the app, I wanted to change it for delivery , I called right away many times for 20m but there was no answer, terrible customer service.
Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my recent experience. We ordered a chicken and French fries combo with Louisiana rub at the counter, and specifically asked if the fries came with chicken—the cashier confirmed they did. However, when we got home, we discovered we had received two orders of loaded voodoo fries instead.
Mistakes happen, so we went back to the store to get things sorted out. Unfortunately, the staff member we dealt with was dismissive and unfriendly from the start. I calmly explained that there must have been a mix-up and that we had ordered two chicken and fries combos. Instead of working to resolve the issue, the cashier flat-out denied our order and insisted we had only asked for fries. I even offered to pay the difference to make it right, but it felt like they were accusing me of trying to get free wings, which was insulting.
The cashier continued to give attitude and made comments to her coworkers that felt like gaslighting. What should have been a simple fix turned into an unpleasant and unresolved situation. I left without the issue being handled, feeling completely frustrated.
This location could really benefit from better customer service training. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to be cautious when ordering here—if they make a mistake, expect them to blame you. It’s disappointing because it’s a convenient spot, but not worth the headache.
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this Wingstop. The customer service was great—staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome. I know the place hasn’t had the best reputation due to some older reviews, but I think those were just individual experiences. From what I saw, there’s been clear improvement.
The fries were perfectly seasoned—not oversalted at all—and the wings were well-cooked and flavorful. I definitely feel like things have turned around here, especially since most of the negative reviews are from over six months ago. Overall, worth giving it another chance!
