I brought my Valentino shoes in for repair due to what was clearly a manufacturing defect. Despite this, I was still charged for an adjustment to the shoes.
After waiting nearly two months for the repair, I finally collected them. Unfortunately, after wearing them for just one day, the repaired piece came off completely, making it evident that the repair had not been carried out properly.
I immediately contacted both the boutique and the after-sales team. It has now been almost a month, and none of my emails have received a response.
This has been, by far, the worst experience I have had with a Valentino boutique across multiple countries. The lack of quality control, customer service, and follow-up has been extremely disappointing for a luxury brand.

Absolutely outstanding experience! From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. We received exceptional help from Irma and another member of her team, who both went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly.
Irma was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. Her colleague was equally supportive and professional, and together they made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
It’s rare to come across such a dedicated and customer-focused team. Truly a 5-star experience — highly recommended!

Unfortunately I don’t have the name for the lovely young woman who greeted us on 02/15. She was young and had blonde hair. She had a very upbeat attitude, was very professional and helpful. We asked for the newest Born in Roma perfume which she gladly let us test out and walked us over to their exclusive line of perfumes which I fell in love with and purchased 3 bottles of. Kent helped with the rest of our experience and he was great as well. It was my first time buying from their boutique. Everything has always been online and although I was intimidated to walk in because I didn’t feel appropriately dressed, I honestly felt no judgement and felt truly welcome and valued. Thank you.
