Client Service
Came today at 1:30pm to client service, appreciate that they accept walk in appointment for cleaning service and told me it will take 20 mins. I waited 30 mins no one call me so I go ask, a representative took my gold ring and came back in 5 mins, I don’t see any difference as it supposed to look at least a little bit more shinny, and minor scratches with little bit dirt on it are still very obvious. I questioned that I don’t think it is clean and he said this is just basis cleaning you won’t see difference, you might need to do polish which cost $100. What a waste of my time! I will never buy from this store. Definitely will stick with Cartier. Worst experience ever!
The legendary seven-story Tiffany & Co. flagship from Breakfast at Tiffany’s with Audrey Hepburn. The connection to the film is reflected throughout the store, including a small Audrey Hepburn display with jewelry and outfits.
There’s a restaurant on the seventh floor, incredible views from the windows, and an absolutely spectacular sculptural staircase. Even if you’re not planning to buy anything, it’s definitely worth visiting just for the atmosphere and design.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Special Tiffany Experience in New York
We visited Tiffany & Co. in New York during our trip to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary, and it ended up being one of the loveliest memories of our holiday.
My husband wanted to treat me to a ring to mark our 25th wedding anniversary, and the wonderful lady who looked after us made the whole experience feel incredibly special. She was warm, funny, attentive and never once made us feel rushed. It felt like she genuinely cared that this was an important purchase and a special moment for us, rather than it simply being another sale.
We had such a lovely laugh together, and I even told her that the experience reminded me of the jewellery-store scene with Rowan Atkinson in Love Actually! She loved the reference and told us it was one of her favourite films too, which made us laugh even more.
We also visited the restaurant at Tiffany’s and had a wonderful experience there. The surroundings were beautiful, the food was lovely and the service was excellent. It made the whole visit feel like a proper New York occasion.
I absolutely love my ring, but what I’ll remember just as much is how we were made to feel. After 25 years of marriage, having my husband choose something from Tiffany’s to mark our anniversary was already emotional, and the kindness and personality of the lady who served us made it even more memorable.
Thank you for giving us such a special experience and a wonderful memory to take home to England. Every time I look at my ring, I’ll think of our Silver Wedding Anniversary and our visit to Tiffany’s in New York. 💍🩵

Extremely disappointing experience with Tiffany & Co., both in terms of product quality and customer service.
I purchased a pair of Tiffany pearl earrings at the Landmark store in New York. Despite being worn very rarely, the post detached from the pearl on BOTH earrings. After contacting Customer Service, I was given no satisfactory solution and was eventually advised to send them abroad at my own expense and risk.
I eventually took them to Tiffany for repair. I was quoted a repair fee, which I accepted. However, when I went to collect them, one of the earrings detached AGAIN — this time in the employee’s own hand while she was showing it to me. I had not even touched it.
At that point, I simply could not trust these earrings anymore. I asked for a proper solution, such as a replacement with another item of equivalent value or written assurance that I would be compensated if the same defect occurred again and the earrings were lost. Such jewellery is an investment and not something I can accept losing at any moment.
Instead, the earrings were repaired again and I was told to collect them without paying for the repair. I was not allowed to speak to a senior member of staff.
For a company with Tiffany & Co.’s reputation, I find this completely unacceptable. A luxury jewellery company should stand behind the quality of its products and provide a meaningful solution when something clearly goes wrong, not simply repeat the same repair.
I am extremely disappointed and, unfortunately, I can no longer trust either the product or the customer service I received.

Very disappointed with my recent experience with Tiffany & Co.
I sent my bracelet to Tiffany for repair, expecting the level of care and service that comes with a luxury brand. When the package arrived, the box was completely wet and damaged. The Tiffany cloth pouch that contained my bracelet was also wet and had a very unpleasant smell. Receiving a luxury item back in this condition was extremely disappointing.
I contacted Tiffany customer service expecting understanding and a solution. I was offered to send the bracelet back for another polish, but that would require another week or two, which is very inconvenient after already waiting for the repair process. What disappointed me even more was the lack of empathy and the way my concerns were handled by “Mia”.
For a brand like Tiffany, the experience should not end once the repair is completed. The packaging, presentation, and customer service are all part of what customers pay for. I expected much better care and attention from such a prestigious company.
I have attached pictures of the damaged packaging so others can see the condition in which my item was returned.
