Very disappointing experience at Tiffany Soho. During the purchase process, I was not offered a seat while waiting.
When it came time to pay, the sales associate did not ask for my Tiffany account information and had me walk to the front counter myself to retrieve the receipt and complete the transaction. The overall attitude was cold and inattentive. This level of service is far below what I would expect from a luxury brand.
Horrible service. This was our first and last visit to this location.
My fiancé and I stopped in to browse and made a full lap around the store. At one point, an associate asked if we were looking for anything in particular and we said no because we were simply browsing and hadn't planned on trying anything on.
Later, we asked to see a wedding band that caught our eye. Instead of offering assistance, the associate responded with, "Oh, so you ARE looking for wedding bands," in a way that felt dismissive and presumptuous.
Since we’ve never shopped for bands before, we asked if he had a ring sizer. Instead of providing one, he handed us rings in sizes 9 and 11 sizing. Neither fit properly. When my fiancé asked whether the bands came in half sizes, he said yes but we still weren’t offered a ring sizer or any meaningful assistance.
We’re well ahead of our wedding next year and were simply trying to explore options and enjoy the experience. Instead, the associate was unhelpful, dismissive and made what should have been a fun, memorable moment feel frustrating. Safe to say, we won’t be purchasing our wedding bands here.
I’ve never been so ignored at a Tiffany. I only spoke to one employee but they were so pretentious and I was uncomfortable the entire time I was in there. Will avoid this location
I had the pleasure of shopping with Isaiah this weekend at this Soho location of Tiffany & Co. He was so friendly, fun and easy to shop with. He made some recommendations to go with my purchase that I'll have to think about for my next trip back. Thank you again! Highly recommend working with him!

Stopped by Tiffany & Co. in SoHo and the store itself is very nice- clean, elegant, and exactly what you'd expect from Tiffany. The inventory is a bit limited compared to some of their larger locations, but it's still a solid place to browse or pick something up. Overall, it's Tiffany, so you're still getting that classic experience.
