  The consultants didn't warn me right away that the repair would cost money, even though the item had never been worn. It’s very disappointing that they couldn't exchange the item for a different size.

  Guys if you ever need anything from Tiffany&Co you would definitely want to reach out to Jaron Green. He is an amazing guy. So lovely. He'll help you with anything you need. He was so nice and showed me around the store and explained to me everything about it. Amazing service. Can't get better than that.

  Zach is a GOAT!! I only had 5 minutes to drop off my necklace for repair because I had back to back appointments elsewhere. They were so friendly, helpful, and professional and solved my problem within the super tight window I gave them. Give them a raise!!!
