Fantasy experience with Laura at the Wall Street location. She did a beautiful job polishing a pair of earrings I needed back on a tight deadline. She was a delight to work with. Highly recommend the store and service.

Thank you so much for the wonderful service and all of your help! We are very happy with how everything turned out with the bracelet. We were treated with great care, attention, and professionalism, and everyone genuinely made an effort to help us. We especially appreciated that you stayed in touch and personally followed up afterward to make sure everything was okay. That really meant a lot to us. The bracelet turned out beautifully, and we are extremely happy with the result. A huge thank you to the entire team for the excellent service, kindness, and attention to your customers. We would definitely recommend this place!
