  Went today (Sunday 8/16 morning） to ship a huge box and they were amazing! Really nice, really attentive. Please extend my gratitude!

  It took about 10 minutes before the two staff were able to respond to a simple question about a UPS tracking form. The store is a franchise and they will charge a premium on all pickups and mailing. The workers tried their best to explain. No point going to the store if one can simply call UPS pick up envelopes and boxes to send to destinations.

  Used the printing service and the employee that assisted me had the worst attitude even though I was polite and made it super easy for him since I sent it over to their email prior to getting there. Then after receiving my label I went to use my own tape to put it on my package and he kicked me out since “taping a label” is a service they “provide” absolutely ridiculous. He was also playing videos on his phone loudly while I was there

  Inconsistent rules that are not posted anywhere. First time I went last week, I was told that I couldn’t put items inside shipping boxes for shipping inside the store, so I stood outside the entrance to to so. The representative taped my boxes shut for shipping without charge. Second time, I pre-packaged my items but didn’t bring tape, and was told I’d be charged two dollars for two pieces of tape to close the box. Two dollars is not the issue - confusing rules and inconsistent service is. Rules need to be clearly posted and consistently enforced. I will not be coming back to this location and will opt for the williamsburg bridge UPS instead.
